Jour 1
Lundi 11 mars
Rendez vous à l'aéroport de Marseille Provence en début d'après midi ou directement à l'hôtel aux Saintes Maries de la mer si vous y allez par vos propres moyens. Nous nous installons à l'hôtel "Les Rizières" puis rapide briefing sur le séjour. En fin d'après midi, nous partons pour notre première séance photo pendant laquelle un troupeau de chevaux camarguais, guidé par un groupe de gardians (cavaliers), galopera dans un étang. Retour à l'hôtel, diner dans un restaurant en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Day 1
Monday March 11th
Meet at Marseille Provence airport in the early afternoon, or directly at the hotel in Saintes Maries de la mer if you're travelling on your own. We check into the "Les Rizières" hotel, then have a quick briefing on the trip. In the late afternoon, we leave for our first photo session, during which a herd of Camargue horses, guided by a group of gardians (riders), gallop across a pond. Return to the hotel, dinner at a restaurant in town and overnight at the hotel.

Mardi 12 mars
Lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour une nouvelle séance avec les chevaux où un troupeau galopera cette fois dans un marais. Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de journée, nous repartons photographier les chevaux qui cette fois galoperons dans la poussière. Retour hôtel, diners en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Day 2
Tuesday March 12th
We get up early, have a quick cup of coffee, tea and a few cookies at the hotel, then leave for another session with the horses, this time with a herd galloping through a marsh. Back to the hotel for breakfast. At the end of the day, we set off again to photograph the horses, this time galloping through the dust. Back to the hotel, dinner in town and overnight at the hotel.

Mercredi 13 mars
Lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour une visite matinale du parc ornithologique du pont de Gau. Nous profiterons de pouvoir exceptionnellement entrer dans le parc avant son ouverture pour profiter du lever de soleil en privé. Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de journée, nous repartons photographier les chevaux qui galoperons dans un nouveau marais. Retour hôtel, diners en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Day 3
Wednesday March 13th
We're up early for a quick coffee, tea and cookies at the hotel, before setting off for an early morning visit to the Pont de Gau ornithological park. Exceptionally, we'll be able to enter the park before it opens, so we can enjoy a private sunrise. Back to the hotel for breakfast. At the end of the day, we're off to photograph the horses as they gallop through a new marsh. Back to the hotel, dinner in town and overnight at the hotel.

Jeudi 14 mars
Lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour notre séance photo du matin. Nous irons photographier quelques chevaux sur une plage au lever de soleil. Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de journée, nous repartons photographier les chevaux qui galoperons dans un nouveau marais. Retour hôtel, diners en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Thursday March 14th
We get up early, have a quick coffee, tea and cookies at the hotel, then leave for our morning photo shoot. We'll be photographing some horses on a beach at sunrise. Back to the hotel for breakfast. At the end of the day, we're off again to photograph the horses galloping through a new marsh. Back to the hotel, dinner in town and overnight at the hotel.

Lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour notre séance photo du matin. Nous irons photographier un ou deux modèles en tenue de gardian au lever du jour. Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de journée, nous repartons photographier les flamants roses et autres oiseaux dans le parc ornithologique du pont de Gau. Retour hôtel, diners en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Day 5
Friday March 15th
We get up early, have a quick coffee, tea and cookies at the hotel, then leave for our morning photo shoot. We'll be photographing one or two models in gardian outfits at sunrise. Back to the hotel for breakfast. At the end of the day, we return to the Pont de Gau ornithological park to photograph flamingos and other birds. Return to hotel, dinner in town and overnight at the hotel.

Samedi 16 mars
Lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour notre séance photo du matin. Nous irons photographier deux jeunes étalons qui se défieront dans un jeu de force très spectaculaire (nous utilisons des jeunes chevaux afin que cela reste un jeu et ne soit pas un vrai combat afin qu'aucun animal ne soit blessé). Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. En fin de journée, nous repartons photographier un nouveau troupeau galopant dans un étang. Retour hôtel, diners en ville et nuit à l'hôtel.

Saturday March 16th
We get up early, have a quick cup of coffee, tea and cookies at the hotel, then leave for our morning photo shoot. We'll be photographing two young stallions challenging each other to a spectacular show of strength (we're using young horses to keep it a game, not a real fight, so no animals get hurt). Back to the hotel for breakfast. At the end of the day, we set off again to photograph another herd galloping across a pond. Back to the hotel, dinner in town and overnight at the hotel.

Dimanche 17 mars
Dernier lever matinal, nous prenons rapidement un café, thé et quelques biscuits à l'hôtel, puis départ pour notre dernière séance photo avec les chevaux. Nous irons photographier un nouveau troupeau dans un étang au lever du jour. Retour hôtel pour le petit déjeuner puis vers 11h, nous quittons l'hôtel et retournons à l'aéroport Marseille Provence pour un vol retour dans l'après midi.

Sunday March 17th
We get up for the last time early in the morning, have a quick coffee, tea and cookies at the hotel, then leave for our last photo session with the horses. We'll be photographing a new herd in a pond at sunrise. Back to the hotel for breakfast, then around 11 a.m. we leave the hotel and return to Marseille Provence airport for an afternoon flight home.
